Pizzana was founded in 2012 by chef Daniele Uditi, who carried the authentic Neapolitan tradition from his grandmother's kitchen in Naples to the sun-soaked streets of Los Angeles. What started as a weekend pop-up at a friend's restaurant quickly grew into one of West Hollywood's most beloved dining destinations.
