Born in Naples,
Made for West Hollywood

Pizzana was founded in 2012 by chef Daniele Uditi, who carried the authentic Neapolitan tradition from his grandmother's kitchen in Naples to the sun-soaked streets of Los Angeles. What started as a weekend pop-up at a friend's restaurant quickly grew into one of West Hollywood's most beloved dining destinations.

Every dough ball is hand-stretched, every sauce slow-simmered, and every pie kissed by a wood-fired oven reaching 900°F. We don't cut corners — because great pizza never does.

2012

The First Fire

Chef Daniele Uditi arrives in Los Angeles from Naples with nothing but a passion for pizza and his grandmother's recipe book. The first Pizzana pop-up serves 40 pies and sells out in two hours.

2014

Bricks & Mortar

After two years of pop-ups and catering events, Pizzana opens its first permanent location on N Robertson Blvd in West Hollywood. The wood-fired oven is imported directly from Naples.

2016

LA's Best Pizza

Eater LA names Pizzana one of the city's top five pizza spots. The coveted "Cacio e Pepe" pizza — a Roman-Neapolitan fusion — becomes an overnight sensation with a three-month waitlist.

2019

Growing the Family

A second Pizzana location opens in Brentwood. A catering division launches to bring Neapolitan pizza to weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings across Southern California.

2021

Delivering Joy

Pizzana launches its in-house delivery service and frozen pizza line, so guests can enjoy the authentic Pizzana experience at home. The frozen pies receive a five-star review in The LA Times.

2024

A Legacy in Every Bite

Over 50,000 pizzas served and counting. Pizzana celebrates 12 years of handcrafted Neapolitan tradition with a limited-edition anniversary menu and a renewed commitment to the community it calls home.
